The Couture Doll Bed ships using UPS. Individual shipping times vary, but most beds ship within 3-7 days from the day of the order. Please refer to the map below for approximate shipping times.

Returns

Returns are made and accepted within seven (7) days of receipt of order. The Couture Doll Bed must be in pristine condition when it is returned to be accepted. Your credit card will be credited and a receipt sent to you by mail with an e-mail that the credit has been made. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

Merchandise that arrives damaged through the UPS carrier, will be examined by UPS and full insurance carried on the package will apply. Insurance carried on the parcel will cover replacement to merchant.

If another "like" bed is available, another will be sent to you. If another bed is not available and another is not acceptable, a full refund will be made.
